I tend to hit the ball out closer to the toe quite often. Can you tell me why and what can I do to correct it? I have tried setting up closer to the ball, but mentally I feel jammed up, probably just a mental thing.
I usually hit the ball fairly straight with a slight fade the biggest problem is it causes is loss of distance. I will be hitting balls on the range and notice the contact marks from the grass out on the toe quite a bit. When I do hit it flush in the center, you can really feel it and the ball has a high ball flight. I probably hit 65-70% of the time slightly off center toward the toe. Curious as to how to get more center flush hits. What about having my clubs bent?
Any help?
